Seniors Support

 

For some of us, age is just a number.  Others of us struggle with the transition into this phase of our lives and very often experience emotional, and sometimes physical, isolation.  While it took 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, or more years to get here, many of us can hardly believe we've arrived.  Afterall, when we were younger,  we thought 60-year-olds were "ancient" and that time of life, for us, was far off into the future.  Yet, here we are. 
 

This ONLINE group is for you if you find yourself yearning for a sense of community with other seniors who are struggling with society's stereotypes about this demographic, as well as working through your own internalized judgements about "people our age."  You might have regrets or remorse to unload, or grief to process. 
But it's not all doom and gloom!  In this group, there is a lot of forward-looking , laughter, and intentional living.
 

Your life isn't over.  It may have just begun. 

*Dana uses her skills in mindset coaching and group facilitation to help members of this group develop interpersonal connections, and share about one's journey in the past, present, and future.  She offers a complimentary, no obligation, "meet and greet" consultation for anyone interested in this group or working with her individually.

 

Online Support & Educational Group
for people 60 and up.

More About This Group:

  • This group is limited to  6-12 members.

  • This group meets online 1 time per week for 2 hours (see schedule on right).

  • Each member needs access to the internet and a device with a functioning camera and microphone.

  • Each member must be in a private, quiet space for the duration of the group.

  • Dana currently uses the Zoom platform and will familiarize members with how to use it as needed.
     

Payment Options:

  • $40 per group session (per week)
    payment due Tues prior to each group meeting.

  • $120 per month (I week free).
    payment due in full 1 day prior to 1st group session.

    *Payments are nonrefundable.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Dana adheres to a strict confidentiality protocol.  She will not reveal to anyone that you, your family, or your business/organization contacted her, or are her client; nor will she disclose any information obtained during the course of your coaching relationship without your express permission to do so--with some exceptions which Dana will discuss with you during your initial consultation.   Your time and space with Dana (in-person, virtually online, phone, email, text) is considered sacred, and she has the utmost respect for your privacy.
