During the Fall & Winter Holidays

 

Let’s face it, while the fall and winter holidays offer opportunities to gather with family and friends, they also contribute to heightened psychological stress in the way of amplifying personal and family dysfunction. Few among us skate through without some need for distance from the festivities.  For bereaved parents, this need is tenfold.  While we are emotionally vulnerable all of the time, this season is especially difficult to navigate.  As with our personal grief processes, there is no right or wrong way for us to make it through the holidays.  Yet, going it alone is not the only option.

This ONLINE Holiday Support Group is for you, if you’ve lost a child of any age, ever.  You might be a newly bereaved parent, or it may have been quite some time since your child died.  Regardless, if you are feeling emotionally-isolated and/or unsupported by those around you, you may very well benefit by taking time to gather with Dana, and other bereaved parents, every Wednesday for 2 hours.

*Dana, a Bereaved Parent of 19+ years, will use her coaching/counseling skills,

and training as a Certified Grief Educator to facilitate discussion and

provide a safe space for sharing, and emotional expression. She offers a complimentary, no obligation, "meet and greet" consultation for anyone

interested in this group or working with her individually.

More About This Group:

  • This group is limited to  6-12 members.

  • This group meets online 1 time per week for 2 hours (see schedule on right).

  • Each member needs access to the internet and a device with a functioning camera and microphone.

  • Each member must be in a private, quiet space for the duration of the group.

  • Dana currently uses the Zoom platform and will familiarize members with how to use it as needed.
     

Payment Options:

  • $24 per group session (per week)
    payment due Tues prior to each group meeting.

  • $144 per 8 week package ( 2 weeks free)
    payment due in full on November 13.

    *Payments are nonrefundable.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Dana adheres to a strict confidentiality protocol.  She will not reveal to anyone that you, your family, or your business/organization contacted her, or are her client; nor will she disclose any information obtained during the course of your coaching relationship without your express permission to do so--with some exceptions which Dana will discuss with you during your initial consultation.   Your time and space with Dana (in-person, virtually online, phone, email, text) is considered sacred, and she has the utmost respect for your privacy.
